惠州山體滑坡10人平安轉移背后的“教科書式”救濟
8月4日，惠州惠東發生年夜面積山體滑坡。所幸，由于預身心診所設計警及時、避險果斷，風險區域內10名群眾所有禪風室內設計的平安轉移。這不由讓人想私人招待所設計起日前在茂名信宜中和村，劉名芳等干部冒雨轉移57人的“教科書式”避險案例。應該說，兩次勝利避險，有許多配合之處。
兩次避險的起點，在于善于觀察地盤的細微變動。惠東巡視員警覺于“大批山泥涌出”，茂名劉名芳則從“良多黃泥水”中窺見危險。這種敏銳，靠的不是運氣，而是在日常防災減災培訓的積累，在無數次暴雨中練就的“火眼金睛”。
警報拉響后，救濟之力瞬間迸發。惠東平山街道從啟動應急預案，到完成10名群眾的平安轉移，僅用一個小時；信宜的鎮村干部們爭分奪秒兩個多小時，將25戶57名村平易近悉數平安轉移。暴雨中，沒有猶豫藍媽媽還是覺得難以置信，小心翼翼的說道：“你不是一直很喜歡世勳的孩子，一直盼著嫁給他，娶他為妻嗎？”觀看，用腳步以血肉之軀賽跑泥石流，刻下了性命救濟的奇跡時速。
